Delete your Knurrix account and data

This page applies to the Knurrix dog sports app provided by eMarkets Consulting GmbH.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open the Account section in Knurrix.
2. Select “Delete account” and confirm.

This deletes your account and all associated data on our server: your profile, dogs, tracks with GPS traces, photos, chats and settings. Data stored locally on your phone remains there until you uninstall the app.

Without the app

Email us from the address associated with your account at support@knurrix.com with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account and all server data and send you a confirmation.

What is not deleted

Location and usage data that was already transmitted anonymously has no link to your account and can therefore no longer be associated with any individual. It remains in anonymous form. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
